超声能场辅助TIG研究进展

Research progress of ultrasonic energy field assisted TIG

  • 摘要: 该文从超声能场作用机理入手,对比梳理了超声辅助TIG、超声−TIG复合焊及高频电流激励超声−TIG复合焊的研究进展,针对性分析各种超声能场辅助方式的优缺点及不同参数对焊接接头综合性能的影响,认为超声施加方式、作用位置和超声频率是影响超声作用效果的关键因素,高频电流激励超声−TIG复合焊因其超声能量利用率高、设备简单,不改变原有焊枪结构,具有更好的工程应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Starting with action mechanism of ultrasonic energy field, this paper compares and reviews research progress of ultrasonic -assisted TIG, ultrasonic-TIG hybrid welding and high-frequency current stimulated ultrasonic-TIG hybrid welding, and specifically analyzes advantages and disadvantages of various ultrasonic energy field assisted methods and influence of different parameters on comprehensive properties of welded joints. It is considered that ultrasonic application mode, position and frequency are the key factors affecting the effect of ultrasonic action. High-frequency current stimulated ultrasonic-TIG hybrid welding has better engineering application value because of its high efficiency of ultrasonic energy, simple equipment and no change in the original welding gun structure.
