  • 摘要: 激光增材制造作为一种先进的制造技术,在诸多领域展现出巨大应用潜力。然而,制造过程中的不确定性和复杂性对零件质量和生产效率构成挑战,激光增材制造过程监控技术便显得尤为重要。该文总结了激光增材制造过程监控技术的研究进展,详细阐述了温度监控与缺陷监控技术在制造过程中的应用,通过实际应用案例阐明了这些监控技术在提升零件质量和生产效率方面的显著作用。同时,该文分析了当前监控技术在激光增材制造过程监控中所面临的诸多挑战,并对未来发展趋势进行了展望,强调机器学习将是未来的主要发展方向。

     

    Abstract: As an advanced manufacturing technology, laser additive manufacturing has shown great application potential in many fields. However, the uncertainties and complexities in the manufacturing process pose challenges to the quality of parts and production efficiency, making the process monitoring technology for laser additive manufacturing particularly important. This paper summarizes research progress of the process monitoring technology for laser additive manufacturing, elaborates in detail on the applications of temperature monitoring and defect monitoring technologies in the manufacturing process, and illustrates the significant roles of these monitoring technologies in improving the quality of parts and production efficiency through practical application cases. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes numerous challenges faced by current monitoring technologies in the process monitoring of laser additive manufacturing and looks forward to future development trends, emphasizing that machine learning will be the main development direction in the future.
