    目的 Hastelloy C2000合金在核工业腐蚀环境应用广泛,且对焊缝质量有着较高的要求,旨在探究Hastelloy C2000合金的焊接工艺。
    方法 采用TIG焊接方法对8 mm板厚的Hastelloy C2000合金进行了焊接试验,填充材料为直径2.0 mm的ERNiCrMo-17焊丝,对接头性能和组织进行了测试分析。
    结果 结果表明,在文中所提供的焊接工艺参数下,Hastelloy C2000合金焊缝成形良好,接头内部无气孔、裂纹等明显缺陷,射线探伤结果满足标准质量要求,盖面焊及填充焊区域组织均以柱状晶为主,打底焊焊缝区组织多为等轴晶,在晶界附近存在大量析出相。拉伸试验的试样断裂发生在母材处,接头180°弯曲试验中未发现裂纹,接头从大到小的硬度分布趋势为焊缝区、热影响区、母材,焊缝区硬度为237.4~245.6 HV,焊缝晶间腐蚀速率为2.13 g/(m2·h)。
    结论 在文中工艺参数下,焊缝无缺陷,接头性能良好,焊缝质量满足腐蚀环境下的使用要求,为Hastelloy C2000合金在工程中的应用提供一定参考。

     

    Abstract: Objective Hastelloy C2000 alloy is widely used in the corrosive environment of nuclear industry, and has high requirements for weld quality. The aim is to research Hastelloy C2000 welding process. Methods The welding test of Hastelloy C2000 alloy with a thickness of 8 mm is carried out by TIG welding method, and the filling material is ERNiCrMo-17 welding wire with a diameter of 2.0 mm, the performance and structure of the joints are tested and analyzed. Results The results show that, under the welding process parameters provided in this paper, the Hastelloy C2000 alloy welds are well formed, there are no obvious defects such as porosity and cracks in the joints, and radiographic inspection results meet quality requirements of the standard. Welding zone microstructure of capping pass and filling pass is dominated by columnar grains. The microstructure in the root pass zone is mostly equiaxed grains, with a large number of precipitated phases near the grain boundaries. Under the tensile test, the fracture of specimen occurres at base material, and no crack is found in the 180° bending test of joints, and the distribution of joint hardness tends from big to small is weld zone, heat-affected zone, base material, the hardness of welds zone is 237.4~245.6 HV, and the intergranular corrosion rate of welds is 2.13 g/(m2·h). Conclusion Under the process parameters of this paper, the weld has no defects, the joint performance is good, and the weld quality meets the requirements of use in corrosive environment, which provides a certain reference for the application of Hastelloy C2000 alloy in engineering.
