多约束条件火箭贮箱环缝的DR自动检测系统研制与检测应用

Development and application of dr automatic testing system for multiple constraints of girth weld in launch vehicle tanks

  • 摘要: 针对中心孔径小、环缝直径大、检测过程易剐蹭等多约束条件的运载火箭贮箱,环缝X射线检测仍然采用传统胶片射线照相检测工艺,存在检测效率低、检测质量管控难、胶片存储困难、人员劳动强度大等问题。通过小尺寸长方形探测器、半圆形悬臂结构、探测器折叠展缩结构等特殊设计,研发了一种射线数字成像自动检测系统,检测图像质量满足GB/T 3323.2—2019标准A级的要求,检测结果准确,检测效率得到大幅提升,实现了多约束条件贮箱环缝自动化、数字化的高效高质量射线检测,有力支撑了运载火箭贮箱快速、批量化研制。

     

    Abstract: For the launch vehicle tank with multiple constraints such as small central aperture, large girth weld diameter and easy scratching during the inspection process, the traditional film radiography testing technology is still used for girth weld X-ray detection. This process has problems such as low detection efficiency, difficulty in controlling detection quality, difficulty in film storage and high labor intensity for personnel. Through the special installation of small size rectangular detector, semi-circular cantilever structure, detector folding and expansion/contraction mechanism, a digital radiography automatic inspection system has been developed.The inspection image quality meets the A-level requirements of the GB/T 3323.2−2019 standard, the detection results are accurate, the detection efficiency has been greatly improved, and the automatic and digital high-efficiency and high-quality radiographic inspection of the girth weld in tanks with multiple constraints is realized, which strongly supports the rapid and mass production of the launch vehicle tank.
